Is there any good program for boosting the music's bass (not a player program) ? (I like Mach3Bass)

How about the equalizer in your music program, music driver, or operating system?

PJ: Ah, I see - so you'd probably need some kind of processing filter, and I guess batch processing capability would be desirable. Hmmm... Did you already try the good old SoX (http://sox.sourceforge.net/ - you'll need to scroll down a bit to find the win32 binary package)?

Any time you boost bass, in any program, you need to lower the overall file gain by a corresponding amount in order to avoid clipping.

Instead of boosting the bass, make everything else quieter and it can't distort.
