I've listened to it through twice now.
It's growing on me.. I like the music, it's a strange mix of emo, hardcore and 80's metal, ala Iron Maiden and Judas Priest. The vocals are ok, a little too over-the-top at some points (a little too much screaming), like the guy doesn't have even a tiny sense of humor, guess they're pretty serious about what they do (though the names of the band members are pretty funny). They're all great players. There's some really cool quiet parts too, but for the most part, it's dual-guitar attack hardcore metal.
I'll comment further once I get more familiar with the album. I think it's safe to say if you like the cut "Chapter 4" which seems to be the big track off the album, then you'll like the rest of it.
