AV Switchbox for older Recievers

ok guys dumb question: i need a switchbox for my marantz, which only has one aux input. all i need to plug in is rca av plugs, nothing more complex than that. i want one that looks nice stacked on top of it and my cd player, but i cant find anything at all. not even ebay. maybe im searching for the wrong things, i dont know. i really appreciate the help everyone.

Since you mention AV, do you need just 2 channel audio or do you need video switching as well?

If you are looking for a standard stereo switchbox, depending upon how much you are looking to spend, Mapletree Audio makes a nice one - the LR-1. There is also the Niles AXP-1 for a bit less and the Manley Labs Skipjack for much, much more. There are a number of others as well, but these are probably the most commonly used here.
