Due to my portable audio case, I need an audiophile quality 3.5mm extending jack that does not lose/change audio signal quality. So one end is 3.5mm male and the other 3.5mm female. I have tried some generic extenders from Amazon but they all degrade audio quality.

Price is not an option. Retaining the quality of audio signal is all I am looking for in an extender jack.

Any insights?

What material is your cable? For example, silver plated copper. You could try to match that with any adapter you look for.

tk33 recommended me the slim fospower adapters for my v50 cases. Well, they worked pretty well and I didnt experience any downscale of audio quality thus far! I'm seeing one on eBay now
