Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to let everyone know how impressed I am with Ken's customer service. I had ordered a custom Jena Cryo mini-to-mini cable with switchcraft right angle connectors. Recently I noticed that there was a short in the cable. I was on the road and frustrated with the fact that I might have to be without my music until I got home. Well, I contacted Ken and explained the situation. He immediately offered to repair the item. I sent it back to him after which he overnighted the cable back to me in perfect working condition. Apparently there was a short in one of the switchcraft connectors. Its great to know that when you shell out money for a quality product that it is backed with equally solid customer service. Kudos to Ken and AudioLineOut, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

You got that right!

Ken had always given me A++++++ service. He's a class act who knows how to treat his customers.
