Well, since it looks like this won't happen, I'd like to ask somebody to help me buying new spare parts, because Sennheiser doesn't ship internationally...
If there is anyone willing to get some parts themselves, we could make a micro group buy. It seems to be easy to get them in the USA and I can help with the directions.

After the failure of this project for making leather pads for the HE90, I'm starting a new venture with another manufacturer and I need some old pads that I could rip apart for inspection and measurements.
 
Please let me know if you want to sell/donate yours. It will benefict all HE90 owners in the future, because I'll be ordering the parts in a batch and then selling them here at Head-Fi.
