I notice that if I press pretty hard on the left side that I will receive random bursts of sound? So I do not think it is blown out if that's the right way to say it? Is it possible something inside the phone itself just went loose?
 
I noticed that I am probably not eligible for any warranties since I am in the U.S., I bought these in January of this year.
 
They have been plugged in with the Modi/Magni combo if that is any help? I'm lost at what to do since I'm sort of on a budget ;(.

Either your driver is blown, or the hard pushing wiggles a loose cable making random contact... might just be an easy re-solder job.
