It only does this when I have GX mode disabled in my sound card settings (it's used for old games that use Direct Sound hardware acceleration, and it recommended to be set off for normal games)
Windows 7 64 bit, latests drivers for my card, and this is my ASIO setting, idk what it does but it might help idk.
