I listened to your staff's advice and bought the astrodyne for my ultra microdac. It improved the already great sound enough to make me wonder about the dps... How much would the dps improve the sound of my ultra? I wont be using it on anything else.

The respective improvement between the Astrodyne PS to the HeadRoom DPS with the HR Ultra Micro products should be fairly close to the audio refinements you heard between the provided AC wall-wart ps to the Astrodyne ps -- .... so the results are definitely there [imho!] but nevertheless nuanced and subtle. Of course, you can always give a DPS a listen under our standard HeadRoom 'no-questions-asked' 30-day return/refund/exchange policy and find out for yourself!
