Hi All,
We have a very limited supply of Apex Hi-Fi Audio headphone amps and preamplifiers available. They will be ready to ship by Oct 1! These are brand new units just built by Pete Millett.
We have 1 Apex Teton available. The Teton is the dream amplifier for the Sennheiser HD800 and HD800S. Any high impedance headphone will work well in this amplifier and sound excellent. Low impedance headphone still sound good but to get the most from your headphones and the Teton, use high (150 ohms or more) impedance headphones.
We also have 2 of the best Preamplifier and Headphone amplifier we have heard - the Apex Pinnacle 2 Ultra. This amplifier is a top of the line headphone amp with single ended and balanced headphone output, a 3 position gain setting and 3 inputs for either RCA or XLR. This is the center piece of our main demo rig at TTVJAudio as both a preamp and headphone amplifier. It sounds amazing. A second chassis houses the power supply and is attached with supplied umbilical cable.
We al;so carry some other excellent tube headphone amplifiers!
The EAR HP4 is a classic high end headphone amplifier that has been popular with many audiophile listeners!
Another gem is the Manley Labs Absolute Headphone Amplifier. This is one of the most versatile and adjustable headphone amps on the market!
