Tried them, didn't like them.

I can recommend Comply foam tips.

What do you plan on using them with? I tried them with a pair of C551s and they worked great for me. Isolation is definitely better than the stock Denon tips, and I don't lose my seal like I did with my Denons. I have no experience with Comply foam tips so I can't comment how they compare there.

I found the double flanges did not give a good seal compared to the singles. But everyone's ears are different.

i felt they gave me a bit better isolation than the single but not really a lot in it, all depends on your ears though, just because it fits for 1 person doesnt mean it will for anyone else

I've always preferred them over the standard ones, the double flange stays firmly in place and isolate better in my ears. IMHO, on my old metro-fi they produce a tighter bass too. Only, for me they are less comfortable than single flange.
