I just bought tz700 on ebay and haven't receive it yet.
Since my Dx170 only has 3.5 and 4.4mm jacks (tz700 comes with 3.5mm cable), I'm wondering if it's necessary to buy a 4.4mm cable for the tz700?
I usually listen to Chinese, Japanese, and English pop music, for example:

• 周杰伦 - '枫'
• 陶喆 - '22'
• 中島美嘉 - '雪の華'
• 宇多田ヒカル - '花束を君に'
• NeYo - 'Mad'
• OneRepublic - 'Apologize'

Other than onso 03-06 series, does anyone have recommended cables (under $200)?

Would assume you would connect the tz700 headphone's 3.5mm cable plug, into the iBasso's 3.5mm headphone jack.
Not sure why you would need a 4.4mm cable.
Did a search, could not find any aftermarket cables or adapters for the Technics tz700 IEMs.

they also come with a 2.5 balanced cable so you could grab a ddhifi 2.5 to 4.4 adapter. the stock cable is nice and light but a little microphonic if you wear them straight down instead of around the ear.
