I was addicted to this game FOREVER. Started in 2004 and stopped back in 2009 or so. Every few months I get an urge to play again and then usually quit fast.
The game is a bit outdated, but still fun at times. The entire world is HUGE.
 
Amazing that a game from 2004 is still going. What's the oldest online game that's still active?
 
BTW I'm on the Lahksmi server..or was. My account is still good, but never login.
 
Favorite job is Beastmaster before the game got dumbed down.
 
I remember back in the day it taking some people a year to get to level 75 (not it's a 99 cap).
 
Now you can get to 75 in one day if you have no life.

I used to play, but i quit this last summer due to the fact that the increased level cap (85 i think was the cap when i quit) started making a lot of my gear that i worked hard towards obsolete.  I had a 75 BLM, 80 BRD and THF with THF being my favorite.  I tried the best to deck out my THF and acquired full Homam and TH4 for that particular job.  It was hella fun just playing with my close knit buddies online doing low man Limbus and Salvage.

Oh how i miss those days
