Anyone still using clou blues? I know, I know, cardas. But if you had the chance to get them for free: would it be worth it? Can anyone compare them to the cardas? Do they bring the low end out at all?

I've just "upgraded" from Blues to Cardas. As I stated in another post, to my ear there is only a slight improvement in sound, mostly in the bottom end. IMO, the Clou offers a much bigger bang for your buck.

I have the Blue clou. Basically the comparison is the same as the Red Clou unless you have a lot of RF interferance where you listen. When I ordered the blue from HeadRoom about a year ago, at least that is what Todd told me the difference was. For free, you can't go wrong.

I demoed my Clou Blue against the Cardas at Headroom show and actually preferred the Clou...

...however, a longer A/B session would have been more helpful.

I'm positive that the Equinox is my kind of cable. I remember it as smooth and airy... like what a SuperClou might be.
