Android OPTICAL audio line out

I was wondering if it's possible to have an android with OPTICAL audio line out so I was doing to research and found this dongle adapter. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I have using similar for a few years now connects to my iphone se and macbook giving me optical via usb into my dac/amp

Thank you for the reply. How is the sound quality coming out of USB sound card dongle? I have read some reviews and most people talk about a light hissing or a humm coming from the unit. Can you or anyone else recommend a good unit / brand to get that will work with Android?
