Ok, after a LOT of searching, and learning, I got my choices down to three contestants.
 
I like light, airy trebbles, clear voices, pronounced mediums, and present bass.
I hate muddy bass that muffles the rest of the sound.
I like a medium/big soundstage, but not to the extent of loosing precision.
 
My use will be movies, music, and all that during the night, children and wife one wall away.
 
MT50x
Fidelio X2
NAD VISO HP50
 
Anyone tried all three and care to suggest something ? Price doesn't matter between the three.
 
Infos appreciated to help me decide.

I don't think the x2 is even for sale yet, but it seems the promising out of the three. X1 did extremely well, and the X2 seems to be getting very good feedback from reviewers who have tried them.

If sound stage is important then ath50mx isn't for you

I like the K551's clarity. And it also have a nice soundstage.
But the bass is really thin though. Just my opinion.

Not in the US

Anyway, if you go with any open back you should get a decent sound stage, but there will be some noise leakage. You or your children might have to close your doors if you don't want others to hear.

I like the K551's clarity. And it also have a nice soundstage.
But the bass is really thin though. Just my opinion.

 
The K551 is not on the list my dear friend. I removed it because of the lack of bass,

Oops my bad, i'm just trying to give another option.
Maybe the X2 will be good, since the M50x have a small soundstage.
