I just got a pair of 225's and i was wondering whta a good amp would be to use out of my home stereo system. The system is about 5 years old and im not sure if its a good source or not. Im even thinking about upgradig that first if i need to. I also had to use a 1/4 to 1/8 inch converter that i bought from radio shack, does anyne know if this kills the sound quality.
