Hi all... i have brought Sansa Clip+ recently and i am mainly using it as source for auxiliary player in my car but the sound output is terribly low as compared to music CDs and radio. Can anyone suggest any amplifier to increase volume. I would prefer to keep it as cheap as possible. I am not sure whether sansa clip has this issue as sound is too low on my Audeo phonak PFE012 too. Any suggestion pls.

I have never used the Clip+ in the car but since you mentioned that you are also experiencing low volume with your earphone, I think this could be related to the EU volume restriction.  If you haven't done so already, change the region in the settings to either North America or Rest of the World, it should be louder than the EU setting.

If you use the headphone out of any DAP it is going to have a low volume going into anything other than head/earphones.  You just have to turn the DAP and car stereo up. But if you want a bit more volume (15-20% more), you could pick up a Fiio E5, same size and form as the Clip -- about $25-30.

Yeah aux in's always have lower volume, from cars to boxboxes incase you plug your ipod in at max volume. After market decks usually have a aux in gain setting.
