a week or two ago, i ordered some grado bowls pads from ttvj, but at check out it said they were out of stock and i needed to wait a week or more before delivery, therefore i canceled the order. Well yesterday i received an email saying they have sent out my order, this was after i had already bought a new pair from somewhere else. So i email their sales department and guess what? they told me they would refund my money and i could keep the pads for free!! if service is this amazing with small items like pads, imagine turntables... amps.. etc..

i will def be looking the site for my next big purchase, customer service is very important to me
