Hello everyone!

I have really appreciated going though all of the forum posts and getting everyone's opinion, but now I have a specific question!

I am looking for an "all-purpose" iem. In order of importance, this is what I would like to use it for:

1. Mixing/Producing
2. Playing live (I am a drummer so isolation is key)
3. Music Listening (anything I get will be better than what I have now, so I'm not too concerned about this one)

I have been focused mainly on the Westone and Shure products. I am leaning towards the Shure SE535, but have also looked at the Westone UM Pro 30. I am trying (it is oh so difficult) to stay in the $200-400 range, and wanted to get your thoughts on what a good set would be within or at least close to that range.

If I use the iem for mixing/producing, I am a bit concerned that any iem that is good live with boosted frequencies will not work well, and any iem that is good live will not be flat enough for mixing/producing. Are the two mutually exclusive?

Thank you!!
