You might have heard of the ultra light portable headphone Aiaiai Tracks. With different colors avaible if you are a skinny head like me, then there is no eccape from the sweat and oil of the skin. And you guess the metal headband does not interact well with these substances. Almost corrosive..
 
After seeing the rust on the headband while taking it off my head, I planned this project. Must cover the headband from the head itself
 
So this is the result. Will upload more pictures tonight.

Old post but thought I'd say looks cool. Would be pretty easy to hand stick leather around that band.
