Hey guys,
I've been thinking about getting an amp and have decided that portable (smallish) amp will suit my needs more than a fullsize amp. I have some HD580's and I love them. They sound good unamped, if a little lacking in bass, low mids. I cant wait to hear them amped.
I'm looking for a ~$150-200MAX portable amp that can sufficiently power my sennheisers a built in DAC is a great plus, but not an absolute necessity. I love LOW powerful Bass, and clear mids, and I really don't like harsh highs. Clarity accompanied by a neutral/mellow overall tone is my Musical MO.
Any amps that you can recommend would be excellent! If you have one for sale, I've been unsuccessful in trolling the for sale section, that would be excellent as well..
