Advise for amp/dac balanced for hd800s and mrspeakers ether c

Hello,

Am looking at an amp/dac, if possible transportable, using a balanced output.
I have a mrspeakers ether c1.1 and a hd800s.
I thought of the Schiit JOT, but i read it's not so good with hd800s...

Any advise please? Looking at 1000usd max...
