One solution is to rip the dvd-a tracks to your computers hard drive (it can now be done) although it has to be done in real time like a casette tape, its also not an easy process if you are unfamiliar with technical jargon.
But if you do it, digital out for 192/24 2.0 and 96/24 5.1 becomes an option.
