Hi has anyone any idea how to add silence to start/end of m4A lossless files in batches - i know it is possible with mp3/wav but cannot find an easy way of adding silence to mutliple m4a (lossless) files?

Surely you are better off using a player that does this, than modifying your tracks.

JRiver will, and I'm sure plenty of others too.

Thank you, that would be ok buit i am using a rockboxed ipod classic and rockbox does not add gaps.
