Happy Black Friday....
Looking for answers to the questions below, please. I have searched for these, but was not able to confirm. Looking for opinions on the best choice, biggest criteria is overall sound quality. 24/192 is a must. I will be pairing with a pair of Noble k10, and at this point (unless I can be convinced otherwise) I will be using a Fiio E12DIY, and upgrading to Muse.

Does the new firmware allow for native DSD?
With the new firmware, is the UI smooth and bugs worked out?
Can Rockbox be added? If so, benefits?
DX90-
Is Rockbox an improvement?
How many bands is the EQ/memories?
Does the EQ work in hi-rez?
I also have a ipod 80gig 5.5 video. Possibly considering using it.
Ipod-
If external dac, will it support 24/192?
If Rockbox, EQ/work in hi rez?
Recommendations on a dac (portable)?
If I go this route, I would upgrade to SSD
