Hey guys I loved the sound out of my a161p's but they are terribly made and have fallen apart very quickly. Such a shame as I loved the sound. I also have a pair of ear sonics sm3's that I love.
Any recommendation for a durable pair (preferably with iPhone controls) that I could use as kind of a beater (aka stuff in the pocket in the underground) kind of earphone?
Right now I am considering the shure se215 (love the egos and design),
the etymotic hf3 (had them before and liked the sound but I already have some Vsonic vc1000's).
Also I am looking for something that I can wear for 4 hours plus and I'm not sure if these are comfortable enough. i like the ety's but I wonder if only really prefer them as more of a alternative and not my everyday earphone.
Also considering the rockit sounds r50m but no volume control
Any that I'm leaving out?
Also, if my favorite items so far are the a161p and the sm3, how would you classify my sound signature preference?
