I have about a $100 AUD budget on a decent amplifier, and am lurking through ebay. The following is what I've found so far:

Jelly CMOY - $50

'Micro' Cmoy headphone amplifier - $65

Portable Headphone Amplifier - $100

see if you can pick up an mini3 used on the forums, those should outdo any of the choices above easily
