a few archos questions

firstly is archos a good make? just i dont know all that much about them, compared to sony, apple etc
what are their players like any1 who does/has owned one? im tempted to get the xs200, or a rio karma, i just cant decide

any thoughts would be much appreciated

They are definately a good make. They had a few rough starts at first but they have worked out their bugs and make first rate gear now. I am very happy with my av320 and have heard nothing but good things about the gmini xs200 that you are considering.

ARCHOS's are great players, they older ones weer built like bricks (and weight as much too

) i have owned the recorder 15 series, sonically it wasnt the best , however it was durable. i sold it at school after being the owner for quiet some time and last i checke dit was still working perfectly (but it looks like its been thru hell at this point)
