A DAC for $250

I am wondering if the new DAC 2.5 with Cirrus option on ifiaudio.com is the best bargain for $250. Thanks!

I do not want to say anything as the best, but I am very sure you will never regret for getting a Zhaolu DAC. It is well worth its price. My CE595/Zhaolu combo sounded comparable to Myryad MC-100, which is a $1300 CD player. Zhaolu can greatly improve the sound stage, and produce a very clean and neutral sound without getting too bright. I highly recommend it.

I totally agree with cosmid. Very clean sound. I ordered it through ifiaudio and customer service was excellent. I emailed them several times before purchasing and they really went out of their way in answering all my questions. Once I received it...that was it, I knew I had made the right purchase.
I dealt with Wei from ifiaudio and he really went above and beyond to help me...That, to me, is very important, due to 99% of my purchases are made online...

I'd highly recommend the Beresford TC-7510 DAC. Available on money back trial as well, I think. I'd not swap back for my previous Benchmark DAC1. See my other posts on the Beresford. Jerry
