well i am using foobar 0.8.3 because im using asio. the interface is is pretty bland and doesn't seem that customizeable really.

I can't find a control for audio level control.

also is there a way to tell how loud your music is in decibels? I am not sure if there is such a thing but it would be useful to know.

sejarzo suggested i at least get this columns thing from the foobar2000_special.exe. but can i install it over .8.3 without it messing up

Customizable, you said?




I can't say much for the decibel thing. The only way is to physically measure with a SPL meter. The computer has no way of knowing how much you turn up your amplifier. But good judgment and temperance always help

ok thanks for the info about the decibel thing. kinda expensive...cost like 50 at radioshack i just looked up.
