60gb ipod video or 60gb ipod with redwine mod

This has probrobly already been asked, But I'm new and can't find the thread. So, what do you think. (pros and cons) I'll will be useing it with TurbodockII (if i use the 60gb ipod video) ray Samuels hornet amp. shure e4cs or ety er4p-s and black diamond 8" cable. Any other sugestions.

There's no redwine mod for the iPod Video? Well if not, I would say get the redwine. That is if you don't mind paying all that money for the mod. The increase in sound quality is significant, so I hear. If the improvement in sound is true then I would say that's a good enough reason to get a non-video iPod.

I would recommend talking to those that use the iPod headphone jack as their line out. Ask them how it sounds. Also ask owners of iPod Redwine mods how their iPod sound with the line out to an amp.

I say if you want a video player go buy one. But if you want a MUSIC player then get the iPod with redwine mod.
