I do not have one of these (yet), and am not interested in debating the merits. For those who are interested, this looks like excellent pricing with 30% off the factory outlet price, especially on the new product returns.
Example APC H10 is $118.64 in my cart before shipping and tax. B&H Photo price (for example) is ~200.00 before shipping and tax.
