starter

Hello, I'm very new to IEMs, but what i heard about it made me really curious. A female vocal oriented profile would be great. While searching for IEMs I came across the Penon Quattro 4 which sound perfect for my usecase. Sadly they are pretty expensive and I don't want to spend so much money...

Just thought I'd start a thread. What would you guys consider the best starter electrostatic headphones with amp included? I've seen a lot where the headphones are >$1000, but I'd consider starter $1000 and under with amp. Maybe I'm crazy. What are the cheapest good Electrostatic w/ amp combos?
