sm64 v2

Hello, I haven't needed an amplifier till now, I just ordered the earsonics sm64 v2 and need the smallest headphone amplifier that I can get but I also want quality sound as they are 98 ohm impedance. Whats a good amp for them, looking at a budget of around 60 or so, give or take twenty bucks...
