How about compared to the Tobby in dac section?

Hmmm, good question. Tobby is very different sounding - quicker, more lit up and sparkly, emphasis on leading edges. DA8 manages similar levels of resolution but with a more casual attitude, smoother and warmer but not at all inferior on a technical level.

so there is no winner here? Both are equally nice?

It's hard to choose a "winner" when both products are so good. I personally choose DA8 more often than Tobby, but it depends on the system I'm using. There are times when I might prefer Tobby instead.
