The song comes across as forlorn. The bass as stated after that is present and like it should be solid, foundational & present and impactful enough. Just not deep enough or clean enough for me.

"Forlorn of sound". I really don't think it makes sense, unless the song sounds quiet/empty/disappearing with these IEMs. :\ "The song is soulful and forlorn" makes sense to me, or, "the bass is delicate and forlorn of impact" also makes sense to me.
