@RikudouGoku, thanks a lot for this review. I'm trying to tell the difference between the short and long MMCX connectors you discuss above.

Would something these work or not?

@dh0licious Both look like they should work, just be aware that if you get a unit with qc problems (MMCX detaching) you can use tape to solve it.

Thanks. Tape applied once the MMCX cable is connected to keep the IEM and cable stuck in place? Or tape applied only to the IEM itself?

Hm. Your stock cable has black MMCX connectors, with a hard angle taper. My stock cable connectors are silver-grey, like the 3.5mm end, with a smooth taper. What up..?

@CT007 do you have the same black/grey cable or copper? Otherwise I have no idea why you would have a different cable plugs.

@CT007 Oh, that is different. I am guessing/hoping that those new plugs have fixed their QC problem.
