Wonderful review. Your comparisons were exceptional at describing the differences in the sonic presentation of the IEM’s. Really enjoyed the read!

100% match with my own notes incl. stock cable, with one small exception: I thought the minor hotness was in the lower treble area and hadn't noticed it as such in the upper midrange. But then again I had only 2 hours or so with MM and cable rolling yowards FT and FTS solved the problem for me. Also agreed on the KK and TT comparison. If there is one thing that may hold me off then it's what you write in your Sound paragraph: "Mentor has a fairly natural tuning". I'm not sure yet if I'd be happy enough with fairly given the high price. But it's not that there's anything else competing with an equally impressive total package really. Excellent write-up!
