@fidgeraldo,
Thank-you, what a crazy fun review, really this cable turns out to be magic. While during the review I got a question, and I always answer a random question (when they arrive) as they are from the Universe also.

And subsequently (the question) help me understand things just as much as if I would have (been the person who) asked them. A cable question from another helped me to understand the RENATA one step further? It truly is a nice cable, and it enhances the SIMGOT IEMs too, though I haven't tried it with the TOTL EA2000? :) Hopefully that EA2000 works well for you.

A couple of days ago, I got an EA2000...I don't know why there isn't more love for these. I didn't try other Simgots, but the hype around EA2000 from a reviewer (the one that folks don't appreciate much around here :) ) I watched is real. These are so, so good, clear, detailed, yes, bright with a 4.4 mm jack...great energy. I didn't try the other two connectors, and I won't because this 4.4 mm just gives me a unique IEM I haven't had until now. Perhaps it would be interesting to try with Renata cable, but I wouldn't like to change the character. Btw, the stock cable with EA2000 is really nice!

I like the look of this Renata cable; it reminds me of the stock cable of Final D8000. I am not sure if it's loved, but certainly, I love it a lot, bulky rubber :)

Cheers!

@fidgeraldo,
Really this cable is most like the CS02, in that it has a hint of warmth, yet the imaging of almost pure silver, with-out the brightness.

Excellent review as always.
More informative than ever.
Looks like Totem level heft…

@ehjie,
Yes, there are some similarities but to generalize here, I think Penon is exploring the possibilities of a slightly darker tone than the Totem, but still even to say that word, is probably the wrong word, lets just call it amber light, where still having the reaches into the stage of silver, but none of the glare, there. You have pronounced low-end authority and bass sculpturing, plus a warmer but still pleasantly bright such is the treble and midrange details........really a lot of authority for the money. But besides that......the clarity and movement into forward positioning of the stage means stuff is brought up-front and at you.........making the best out of the IEMs stage and vividness. Besides at you, it's around you and above and below you............all for this kind of money! Cheers! :)

@ehjie,
Where I look at the ASOS as more conventional, and this RENADA, being well slightly more "twisted-up" in places, yet still totally balanced......but changing stuff though being vivd. The RENATA is more of a character, more than the ASOS, yet the ASOS is super important too..........if that makes sense? You would use the ASOS if you wanted stuff more left alone and simply midrange girth. The RENATA colors are muted, yet still super vibrant, in a burnt orange kind of way.
