What characteristics are you looking for the sound of those two. Wu: “Wet” voice full of emotion, or S12Pro “Dry/Husky” voice, accurate and analytical. I have timeless which belongs to “Dry/Husky” voice and now with Wu, I prefer “Wet” over “Dry”. Hope this helps for your decision making in the future.
