Can you compare this to the Audioengine A2?

I never heard of the A2s myself, but I will go out on a limb to say the M10s are possibly better simply because the satellites have bigger woofers than the A2 let alone the subwoofer unit.
The real answer is where do you live? In the U.S I won't consider both when decent passive bookshelfs and T-amp can be had for only $120 while a pair of JBL LSR305s at $300 wipes the floor clean off the bigger A5 cousin that costs $100 more by somebody who has auditioned both firsthand.
