Great review! This looks like a really solid amp. Bluetooth function could work well for certain instances as well. If you find yourself wanting to send this bad boy on a tour, give me a shout. I'd love to take a listen.

@Vividcard, glad you liked the review. The Bluetooth function is great on the go, but sound quality is just a touch better when E5 is connected to source by Lightning or USB. If you're interested in giving the E5 a try, sub in to the tour thread (link in first paragraph of review) as I know some of the American reviewers also plan to tour their units when they're done with reviews. I'm hesitant to send mine south of the border as duties and shipping times are prohibitive.

@hakushondaimao I've got no doubt the bluetooth loses some quality, not much you can do about that. Bluetooth just hasn't caught up to Hi-Fi sound. But seeing as I usually have my amp stacked to my X1, it would be nice to have the ability to simply connect my phone and not need to unstack to listen to a few new tunes from Spotify/Tidal. That being said, the new Fiio X7 being based on android may allow me to dodge the whole need to switch devices.

@Vividcard: True that. To tell the truth, the Bluetooth sound was still pretty good. Certainly a step up from iPhone's headphone out. And yes, X7 looks like it may take "Swiss Army Knife" to a new level.
