Great and accurate review. I received my pair on Monday of this week. They have a very accurate sound across the board. They also stay in my ears better than any other IEMs that I have tried (short of custom-fitted). I listen in the office and on the train to a variety of music and the performance is exceptional.

Thank you for sharing your experiences, and thorough review! It’s good to hear you seemed to have found a resolution to prevent your case from discharging, but if you experience any other issues, you can contact our support at https://en-us.sennheiser.com/contact-center

Thanks for the link. I will check out that link tomorrow as the iEM and case died again tonight. It's to bad really because I thoroughly enjoy the sound of the IEM. So lets see what can be done to resolve this issue.

Had my pair for five days and I agree with your observations on performance and sound quality. I finally don’t feel like I’m trading off sound quality for the freedom and comfort of true wireless IEM’s. These Sennheisers are the only ones out of the six different pairs own that I can happily wear all day without discomfort or the slightest listening fatigue. They fill me with joy, honestly.

FIrst of all, thank you again for sharing your experiences.
have 2 main questions about them :
Battery life : STW use bluetooth 5.0 and use a qualcom chip (don't know which model they use), then if Sennheiser could update their earbuds to support qualcom true wireless sound
https://www.qualcomm.com/solutions/voice-and-music/features/truewireless
You could double the battery life 9 hours instead of 4 on a single charge.

I have no inside track with Sennheiser so can't answer that question but would love it if they could do that :). Hopefully the Sennheiser rep sees the question and makes a suggestion to the MTW team. I assume if the ES100 can have firmware updates then so can the MTW. But again it's a Sennheiser call.

I have both Sony WF-1000X and Jabra Elite Sports, so i sure hope the MTW can be firmware updated :)

There is a pair of true wireless that taunts extraordinary battery life, Mavin Air-x with QCC 3206 Soc (qualcom) of 10h/50h

If this feature comes to Senn, they have a winner for me (at least for android phones which i have not sure about iphone though :) )

i read that if the battery of the case is empty, the MTW won't power off, i hope it has been fixed since the earbuds will continue to discharge!unless maybe you disconnect them from the bluetooth device

I signed up for the Indiegogo campaign for Mavin, unfortunately it came up way short of its target goal.

I find the 4 hours on the MTW not to bad but would be ecstatic if they could double it through an update.

Sound wise I actually like the MTW enough I am reaching for them even at home where I could be using better wired products.

I am not sure about the battery issue mentioned but it wouldn't surprise me if that's the case. I really like the MTW sound but do hope Sennheiser releases a firmware update to address some of the technical issues.
