Just to clarify...the comments in the here's what happened part above pertains to the D8000 Pros and how they sounded compared to the Rad 0s in tone..
Very different for sure. As good as the tonality of the Rad 0's is, the tonality of the D8000 Pros IMO is better. As I said once you listen with the Rad 0's you really dont notice this difference. Its quite noticeable. My perfect set of cans would be a marriage between the D8000 Pros and the Rad 0's! OMG!

Hi, a few questions:
  1. Which music do you listen to and used to compare the D8000 Pro and RAD-0?
  2. Have you ever tried a clean tube amp with the D8000 Pro?
  3. Do you feel there's a point to getting the RAD-0 if someone owns the D8000 Pro?

1. All kinds. Jazz, Vocals, no Rap or Metal. I like clear, clean and well recorded music. Live performances well recorded.
2. Clean tube amp? Is there such a thing? (most tube amps have distortion as part if their thing. Only the Schiit Vali 2 + to date. I would call
this hybrid a "clean" tube amp. I did use a 2 Ch Speaker amp, Van Alstine Ultravalve, 35 watts rms per ch. Worked very well. But IMO not worth the cost.
3. Subjective answer: Yes they are very different in soundstage and accuracy overall. The accuracy going to the D8000 Pros. Sounstage and overall to Rad's
