Pros: Good mic for the price, comfortable headband. Firm fit
Cons: Static sound in headphones (driver issue). For some reason my pair came with pleather ear cups which get hot and are not breathable
I immediately regret buying these. There is a static sound which is caused by the mic. Even if you mute the mic it makes it even worse. This is a driver issue Corsair hasn't fixed for years. If you've purchased this product and looking for a solution, click on the volume icon on the Windows desktop bar > Click on your headset > Corsair Vengance 1500 Properties > Levels > Mute mic and line. I usually use my mic so I suggest that you lower the mic volume.
 
This headset isn't garbage, but because of this issue, I wouldn't recommend these under any circumstances even on sale

Pros: 50mm drivers, surprisingly clear, good bass, dolby 7.1, metal sides, clear mic+swivel, memory foam earpads, side-swivel so they don't break, cheap!
Cons: A bit more fatiguing than a Senn HD 6xx+ but honestly better than any other PC mic'd headset I have tried including Senn PC 3xx

@SaLX not much bass? it has like 6x more bass than an athm50, i pink noised burned in 20/3 rotation moderate volume for 10 hours then did some testing, i used this eq setting to get the best sound i could, still a little bit not as bright as athm50 and the bass was still more boomie(loud) and not as welldefined low end bass like what the athm50 has, eq:

@SaLX athm50 are meant for flatness accuracy and definition especially in regards to sub bass, it isnt meant for boomy/muffly overpowered 120hz bass, i also dont like said boomy/muffly bass as it ruins the sound quality altogether. I still prefer athm50 as they have more hitech neodymium drivers and better sound quality, you can however try this if your picky for a 10 stage EQ:
