@Metalboyy i forgot to cover that part, it's surprisingly very very good. i want to say it's the best isolating iem i've tried but i can't tell because i don't have any other iems on me currently.
it's definitely above average, that's for sure.

Okey sounds good I almost bought something like these from plunge but it was a bit scary to pay so much for something unknown. Seems like I made a big mistake.

Nice! I wish he did something similar with universals, I dont go CIEM route. I had contacted Simon last year for one, but had to back out due to some other commitment, but he's a solid guy to talk to! This offering sounds very interesting, I may finally go the CIEM route if I can customize the driver config and sound!

@arijitroy2 you can customize it however not every combo will work, trust me i wanted est drivers at first but it didn't turn out well.. however if you go to the signature page you can see there's a universal version, simon has started developing a proper universal that will get as close as possible to the custom sound quality and comfort.

I live in Calgary and when covid restrictions are over I will drop-in and see Simon!!!

@Stu Paddasso you two have fun! he's a great guy, he might have demo pairs by then for you to try out hopefully

@ehjie i'd say yes. since the review my pair has been upgraded with another planar driver, so the current configuration is one 14.3mm planar, one 10mm planar, and one 6mm Dynamic.

i'm getting a solaris 2020 soon, so i'll be able to compare them directly. as for now i have the dorado 2020 and the staging does not begin to compete with the plunge audio. but that doesn't take away from the dorado's staging, it's just that the plunge audio pair are incredibly wide.

Is there a thread here in headfi? I tried to search, didn't find any...

@ehjie don't think so, plunge isn't very known in head fi.. yet.
I heard they're working on some universal pairs that'll fit the market more

Was the new iems u have from plunge better than the signature u have in technicality? Why u buy another iem from plunge? Is the signature still ur best iem? Have u compare it to recent totl?
is it possible to make custom better than yours? Or 4k cad is the limit?
