I love that cobalt blue shell.

The Penon Vortex is the best-sounding IEM my near-70yo ears have heard (not that many, but several). Just curious to know whether their Serial adds anything that the Vortex lacks.

@Richiyaado I definitely think they’re complementary. The Serial is more laid-back and has a fuller more musical low end and especially sub-bass rumble and impact. The Vortex is quite a bit more open-sounding and technical.
