Whilst the signature sharing feature is unique, I'm not sure how much market it will garner. There are a ton of bluetooth transmitters that can send the signal to 2 headphones at once, which means that the signature feature may be moot for some users. A search for aptX transmitters will show well over a handful at reasonable prices. So folks who already have a bluetooth headphone or two and want to share, will be better served by getting a transmitter.

Can you provide more detail on the pairing method. Is it just the standard press and hold Bluetooth method or does it use NFC? Something else?
