@CunzCousland Hey! Kxxs and 3Pro have a different character. Depends on the side you sway towards, with one being a very good dynamic driver and the other being a very well tuned 3 BA. If you wanna know something specific, please PM me as the messages here have a word limit. I'll be happy to answer questions for you.
@PopZeus Hey! Sorry for the late reply. KXXS has more sub-bass and midbass quantity. The IEM as a whole is more textured and detailed so as a result you feel it for most of the frequency spectrum. If you want to know anything specific with a song as reference, PM me.
@Animagus thanks for the reply! Good to know, as I do think they got soo close to my ideal tuning with the Kanas/KPE. It sounds like the Kxxs is a step in the right direction (better bass, fuller mids).
which one is closed to harman target curve?? kxxs or kpe?? i loved my kpe its suitable for my sig and thinking to get kxxs as well..is the coating shell on kxxs as same on kpe?? sadly my kpe not shiny anymore
@bloodyf8 Hey! Moondrop told me that they went through a lengthy process of selecting the best guys for chrome plating, improving it substantially over Kanas Pro. I've had kxxs for over 2 months now and its finish is intact, as it was on the 1st day. *fingers crossed*
@GibranR. Hey! The mids are the good kinda thin and revealing but not recessed as they are in common V-shaped signatures. They are Harman-ish. I love listening to metal on it. It plays fatter mixes of bands like Periphery and prog rock (PT, Tool, etc) very well, helping details passthrough even in busy sections. Kicks and snares sound awesome!
Thank for the reply @Animagus im looking for the best option under $200 for my needs. I'd like to question you if it isn't annoyance, do you know other iems in this range that should play rock, metal and whatever guitar music very well with a good soundstage?
